Spanish would be a big plus Required Skills Evaluating business systems and work with end-users to document, analyze, and gather business and technical requirements for enterprise applications. Experience in writing functional and technical specifications for translation to application design and development. Customer Relationship Management Development/technical analysis experience in Microsoft .NET environment. Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle along with basic understanding of Waterfall and Agile. Analytical, customer service, problem solving and conflict resolution orientation. MS-SQL queries, XML, MS Office Suite, Visio, Jira and Confluence. Preferred Skills Experience in full testing lifecycle for web-based and windows based applications. Experience in writing test scenarios and Test cases based on Functional Specs.
