*Position: PeopleSoft Functional Analyst – NA Payroll and T & L*

*Contract: Through the end of the year*





*Looking for an HCM Functional resource with at least 7 years’ experience
on a North American Payroll, and Time & Labor modules.*


The resource will be responsible for the analysis of system issues on North
American Payroll and Time and Labor.



   - Solid understanding of Payroll Processing for Time and Labor and NA
   Payroll.
   - Ability to track down issues and design solutions for these issues.
   - Detailed knowledge of taxes, TRC setups, Time and Labor Rules.
   - Advanced SQL skills and knowledge of HCM data models.
   - Ability to learn Kelly’s customization and understand their role in
   our Staffing Solution.
   - Ability to work independently and multi-task many issues at once.
   - Must have a high level of integrity and a strong desire to work within
   a team environment.
   - Ability to work with developers and co-design solutions.
   - Ability to log cases with Peoplesoft and work them to solution.


*QUALIFICATION:*

   - At least 7 years in PeopleSoft NA Payroll and Time and Labor.
   - BS or MS/MBA in Computer Science, MIS, Business or equivalent
   education/training/experience
   - Expert knowledge on North American Payroll.
   - Time and Labor knowledge is also important.
   - Good communication skills are a must. Must be able to explain issues
   to Business Users.
