Must have hands-on configuration and implementation experience in more than two of the following Oracle Taleo modules Taleo Recruitment/ iRecruitmento Taleo Compensation Taleo Performance Management Taleo Learn Taleo Analytics Complete understanding of the Oracle Taleo architecture. Should have implemented Oracle Taleo Enterprise Edition at least twice. Minimum 4 + years of (hands-on) Taleo Configuration experience. Minimum 4 + years of hand-on experience in Taleo Connect Client Minimum 4 + years experience in Business Objects, Business Intelligence(Taleo Analytics) Experience in implementing, integrating legacy, or Oracle HRMS/ HCM applications with Taleo cloud based ERP Good hands on experience in Taleo connect, Taleo Analytics To understand the functionality and provide technical expertise related to solution offerings to support deliverables and/or project objectives. Should be able to create the universe, BO Web Reports and Dashboards Experience in BO XI R2/R3Collaborates with management organizations to improve data quality and reporting processes within applications. Should possess experience in Java and Java script. Excellent SQL skills. Knowledge of ETL Consulting skills Experience in understanding business requirements and translating them into High-Level Design solutions. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts. Ability to prioritize the work to meet timelines Should be responsive. Able to work under pressure and understand the importance of customer cycle close deadlines.
