To further clarify, do we want someone who knows how to develop and design applications to be hosted in a *WebSphere environment* (*portlets, themes, etc-more of a developer*), or someone who knows how to TELL a developer, or team of developers how their application needs to be designed and work in order to function well in a WAS environment... (admin side, knowing how to configure, install, setup)? We would like someone who has development background. This person will be responsible for architecting the solution and working closely with the team to implement the migration.
