Location: Santa Ana, CA ( Need Local candidates) Duration: 3-6 months Rate $40hr( Not Negotiable) This position will be part of our Infrastructure team and responsible for the installation, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of our WebLogic 9.2 MP Application clustered Server environments, Sun Solaris 10 and Microsoft Window Server 2003 platforms. Responsibilties also include software configuration management and software build activities in a Java/J2EE environment as well as providing architecture guidance and best practices. THe position requires solid experiance with the installation, configuraion and maintenance of our WebLogic 9.2 MP Application Server environments. JOB REQUIREMENTS: The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the following areas: *Demonstrated hands on experience installing and tuning operating system and WebLogic 9.2 MP Application Server Cluster configurations for Sun Solaris and Wintel Platforms in a high availability configuration. *Experience developing and implementing build scripts to support automation of build process(es), backups, maintenance activities and conducting build/deploy/troubleshooting activities, e.g. deploy various WAR, JAR, EAR applications in clustered environment. * Experience supporting WebLogic Application Server environments supporting Development and Test activities *Experience with installing and configuring 3rd Party Software *Hands on experience with or strong knowledge of installation, configuration and maintenance activities for the following tools: - BEA WebLogic 9.2 MP and later (Required) - Sun Logical Domain (LDOM) and Containers - Oracle 10g and 10g RAC - Tibco - LDAP - Sun Logical Domain (LDOM) and Containers - Security products, e.g., Oracle Access Manager or SiteMinder - Business Objects XI - Cognos - Adobe products (Forms Server, Production Print) *Configuration Management, including administration of Configuration Management tools, e.g., Ant, Oracle Enterprise Manager, ClearCase *Infrastructure design and implementing industry best practices EDUCATION/RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent with 6+ years of overall IT experience or equivalent work experience -Excellent communication skills and proven documentation skills -Must be familiar with ANT build scripts -ClearCase Administration experience is a plus -Sun Solaris and Microsoft Server certifications are a plus -Experience with virtualization technologies especially in the areas of Sun Logical Domains (LDOM) and containers is a major plus -Familiarity with the configuration, installation, and maintenance of Oracle Security (Stack (OAM, OVD, OIF, OIM, OES, OWSM, etc.) is a major plus.
