Our client, a leader in the gaming industry, is looking for an Oracle HR Techno-Functional Consultant to do production support. Act as the central point of contact for all user queries with responsibility for remedying issues or acting as the liaison with other Oracle resources. Resolve application issues, troubleshooting errors. Assist in application enhancements, upgrades. Conducts analysis, design, evaluation, modification, testing and implementation of diverse enterprise-wide systems. Uses the latest analysis/diagramming tools to represent business/technical processes. Works with the Oracle and other development teams to deliver enhancements and defects fixes for the Oracle ERP and OBIEE applications. Trains end user personnel in the use of the system.
