*Role: Business AnalystLocation: Billerica, MA* *6-12 Months* *Must visa copy* - Business Requirements – Meet with decision makers, system owners, and end users to define, document, and communicate business, financial, and operations requirements. - Business Cases – Assist with the development of business cases, considering financial, resources and technical constraints. - Systems Analysis – Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems. - Technology Solutions – Collaborate in the planning, design, development, prototyping and deployment of technology solutions, including documentation of requirements. - Technical support – identification and documentation of issues and non-performance in systems. Logging of the issues with the developers (internal and external). - Acceptance Testing - receiving new code for testing and ensure that new code is tested & signed off before being implemented in production. Work with the business to develop user test plans and ensure they are executed. - Project Management – May be called on to perform as project leader or team member, on assigned projects. - Be comfortable working with ambiguity during the project discovery phases, and help develop a compelling business case - Determine and develop the right level of documentation: user stories, use cases, business requirements documents and supporting tools/models to effectively convey your analysis and solution. - Gather, organize, synthesize and prioritize large amounts of complex information from various sources under time pressure, and to the appropriate level of detail. - Identify, define and prioritize business needs/problems/issues, then define/develop/influence feasible solutions -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle Users" group.
