Perform system analyst duties in support of the *Ericsson WFA-DO application.* *Qualifications: * Must have extensive development and testing experience with the *Ericsson WFA-DO application*. Recent experience with the application preferred (release 9.0 or above). Provide end user support as an escalation point to Business SMEs. Ability to think outside the box Ability to support requirement development, vendor review, and regression and systems testing methodology to support multiple concurrent project requests for the application. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Some knowledge of the Agile methodology.
