Leading defects calls across customers and vendors for reporting and Tracking Defects till closure. Maintained test results and artifacts in appropriate repository like QC, Jira etc. Periodical preparation of schedule reports (weekly, daily) and providing production supports for projects after implementation. Work with teams to close identified issues in production or application upgrades. Interacting with the development team to ensure all business requirements are covered and providing coverage analysis while performing of Integration Testing.
