Please find the Job description below and contact me at your earliest possible convenience. *Role: **Project Manager – Business Process Mapping * *Duration: **6+ Months* *Location: Austin, TX* *Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills * *Key Responsibilities include: * · Requirement gathering from different stakeholders · Process Mapping and Gap analysis between Business Process of the two companies · Understand the data Model and sources of the data in Source Systems and Target System. · Provide solutions for Process gaps and help in closing them by coordinating with different stakeholders. · Map and Consolidate Business Requirements in BPR · Status reporting and progress tracking · Configuration Control *Required Skills * · Experience in Business process mapping in a Semiconductor / Manufacturing domain · Experience of working on Enovia (Preferred) or AGILE. · Knowledge of Semiconductor manufacturing process. · Should be able to perform analysis and drive conclusions · Typically requires MS Electronics Engineering or equivalent, plus 10+ years with experience in Semiconductor or Manufacturing domain. · Should be able to do effective coordination within the Global teams. · Good Problem solving & effective conflict/tension resolution skills. Should be able to influence decision-making so as to meet the deadlines. · Effective Cross-functional Communication.
