Knowledge of CTS+ configuration. Knowledge of enterprise-level applications. Knowledge of SLD administration. Knowledge of PI system architectures. Knowledge of Performance tuning for Single and Dual stack Basic Knowledge of different types of adapters e.g IDOC,AS2 etc. Strong knowledge of system and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies. Must have worked on Windows OS. SAP Certification will be an added advantage. Experience Required 7+ Years of BASIS Exp. Roles & Responsibilities Manages the SAP support team in development of customer support processes (internal and external), technical planning, and work coordination. Responsible for the development, execution and measurement of effective internal service level agreements. Responsible for Planning, recommendation and monitors SAP Administration (Basis) Ensures effective security, operation and peak performance of SAP environments. Responsible for development, maintenance and testing of contingency plans and Software lifecycle Recommends implements and assures compliance with policy and procedures affecting SAP Landscape. Ensures the quality of the deliverables. Generic Managerial Skills Responsible for the general supervision and direction of SAP support team located in offshore including investigation of incidents and accidents, and implements corrective action as appropriate. Transfer of technical, administrative and procedures to meet client objectives.
