Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of Contractor staff. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. *ODE Specific Description:* The ODE has the immediate need to compliment current information systems and application development as well as business analyst staff with a highly skilled contracted iSystems analyst/application developer. ODE has many high priority information systems initiatives or projects supporting the Child Nutrition Programs that require the role of an application developer to ensure their successful delivery.
