As part of the Global CRM team, the Salesforce Administrator *will* work
with all areas of the organization ensuring that we maximize the efficiency
and benefits of Salesforce. They need to be a self-starter, able to manage
multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, own deliverables end to end,
prioritize workload effectively, and thrive in a dynamic environment. This
individual must also work well under pressure to meet ongoing and
overlapping deadlines within short time constraints.

*This position will focus on:*
·        Respond and resolve inbound user case requests. Identify and
rectify day-to-day quality issues within the operational processes.
Identify trends and suggest long term solutions
·        Executing all configuration changes. Manage the development, test,
and QA sandboxes per assignment. Promote changes to Production.
·        Assist in developing, testing, documenting and deploying high
quality business solutions on the Force.com platform.
·        Assist with preparation of test data, unit test plan, and conduct
basic unit testing and defect resolution
·        Suggest and implement Best Practices in regards to
usage/customization of standard objects (Lead, Contact, Account,
Opportunities, Campaigns)
·        Create and maintain custom objects, fields, and formulas,
validation rules and custom workflows, triggers, alerts, automated email
responses, etc.
·        Maintain user roles, security levels and profiles. Conduct
security/configuration audits.
·        Audit, uncover and resolve data integrity issues
·        Bulk import of data
·        Performing new release evaluations and rollout of new
functionality
·        Support the Service Cloud project initiatives
·        Performs site related duties as assigned
*Experience:*
·        3-5 years Salesforce experience.
·        Extensive experience customizing objects, writing
workflows/validation rules.
·        Extensive experience creating reports/dashboards/sales pipeline
·        Experience with the following Salesforce technologies: Salesforce
API, Apex Language, Visual Force (pages, components, & controllers),
s-controls, or Apex web services.
·        Experience with Agile methodology.
·        Supporting an enterprise Salesforce implementation with a user
base of 2000+ preferable

·        Excellent verbal/written communication skills
·        Strong presentation skills; both verbal and written
·        Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills
·         Ability to understand and clarify business process development
·        Technical acumen with the ability and desire to learn quickly

with a strong drive for results
