Looking forward for your response. *Role: IIS / System Administrator * *Location: Miami, FL * *Duration: 10 +Months * *Client: TCS* *Job Description:* IIS Administration• Manage production and UAT application deployments • Communicate often with business partners on team status and any open issues • Provide the required daily support, maintenance and management of shoreside applications platform • Plan and support software releases in conjunction with Project Managers, QA Team and Developers • Handle production outages and issues in a timely and effective manner to guarantee business SLA’s • Ability to collaborate well across geographically diverse teams • Critical COTS application include Autonomy and Siebel Application Support Engineers are responsible for 24*7 on-call monitoring, troubleshooting,incident command, implementating and performance of shoreside applications.
