Olá, Preciso fazer um select com a função UPPER porém a coluna contém caracteres especiais. Quando faço o select não retorno o registro. Ex.: select * from tabela where UPPER(DSC) = 'SÃO PAULO' Alguém poderia me ajudar obrigada Jaqueline
