Experience:
Have 6 - 8 years of experience in Software Development
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Oracle Financials with
focus on 11i General Ledger, Account Payable, Account Receivables,
Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, and Purchasing Assets/Purchasing.
Strong Oracle Financial Application Knowledge
Experience in implementing 11.5.8 or higher and must possess
strong understanding of application configuration set-ups,
functionality, interaction of the ERP modules and ability to
diagnose and resolve problems within and between modules.
Strong PL/SQL skills. Proven track record of customization
is essential.
Experience with Oracle Technologies in Customization of
Oracle Modules. Strong experience in designing and developing
technical solutions for Oracle Applications including conversions,
extensions, interfaces and reports
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical, problem solving, and debugging skills.
Able to lead and drive problem solving and debugging strategies for
complex problems that involve multiple organizations.
Able to easily achieve mastery of new tools, languages and
operating systems.
In-depth knowledge of multiple Software Lifecycle and
Quality Assurance methodologies. Able to apply multiple Software
Lifecycle and Quality Assurance methods appropriately.
Responsibility include:
o Develop Business specification, unit and integration testing
o Provide leadership in all phases of software development:
feasibility, design, implementation, integration, test, and delivery.
o Drive and deliver business requirements and technical
specifications (High Level Design / Low Level Design / High Level
Test plans)
o Support the team through implementation and test phases of
the project.
o Provide input into project schedules and resource allocation.
o Overall technical quality of product.
o Constructively and pro-actively coach and mentor individuals
at varying levels of seniority.
o Effectively support multiple cross-functional teams
addressing complex projects, issues, and problems.
o Software Development Process driven
