Business Analyst McLean, VA Longterm
We are looking for a Business Analyst with the following background and compitency: The role is as a requirements lead. This person would help facilitate, but will most likely not lead requirements sessions. They will act as the scribe and compiler of requirements. It is preferred that they have some experience working in the GSE (i.e. Fannie or Freddie client base), and that they have some understanding of the mortgage market, mortgage backed securities, investor reporting, and Seller/Servicer operations. It is preferred that they have experience in Agile development. This role will later transition into a Project Coordinator role managing requirements throughout the lifecycle of the program.
