We are looking for *Business Analyst with Oracle Fusion *for one of our client at *Torrance, CA*. Please let me know your interest. *Business Analyst with Oracle Fusion* *Location: Torrance, CA* *Duration: 6 Months* *Rate: $50/hr* *Need only local candidate. F2F interview is required.* *Skills Required: * · Thorough understanding of HR Systems and database. · Strong knowledge of software applications that support Human Resources (i.e. Oracle Fusion, Taleo Enterprise Edition, Success Factors and NuView). · Proficiency with SQL based queries and development in PL/SQL. · Strong with reporting tools such as Business Objects or Crystal Reports, Toad, SQL/PLSQL. · 5+ years’ of experience in IT/Technology industry. · 5+ years’ demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst or Developer in an Oracle HR or environment providing analytical analysis and system support. · 1 year demonstrated development experience in an Oracle Fusion Applications environment. · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or equivalent *Preferred qualifications: * · MBA · 3 years Business Analyst or Development experience in an 11i Oracle Applications environment is a must, including knowledge in using Oracle Fusion Application. · Strong knowledge of software applications that support Finance team (i.e. Oracle Financials) · proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL, Workflow 2.x, Forms and Reports 6i · proficiency in BI Publisher, OAF and ADF frameworks and Jdeveloper · Strong understanding of relational databases (including tables, views, indexes, table spaces etc.) · Excellent understanding of Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) and the translation of business requirements into them · Experience with change management tools and processes, including source code control, versioning, branching, defect tracking and release management. · Good knowledge and understanding of Standard Oracle EBS 11r APIs *Thanks & Regards* *Dev Chauhan* *International Technical Solutions (ITS)* D: 206-274-4684 F: 206-319-4579 dev.chau...@i-tecsol.com <himanshu.kak...@i-tecsol.com> Note: We respect your Online Privacy.
