Primary responsibility: To assist with the activities and deliverables associated with the Analysis and Design Phases of our Global Quality Solutions specifically related to Field Actions. Provide data analysis to the EFAS team as well as assist in complex problem identification and recommended solutions. Provide design specifications and deliverables throughout project life cycle phases, with emphasis on translating user requirements into functional specifications for any associated Process, Reporting, Data Conversion, Integration, and CRDs (Change Request to Design). Additional Responsibilities: Researches problems reported in production application, and communicate results with appropriate parties for resolution. Analyze raw data to ensure the data will meet the business need. Clearly communicate and document test results and defect resolution during all phases of testing. Focus on Data Quality issues / problems. (completeness, conformity, consistency, accuracy, duplicates, integrity). SQL Server database, relational and dimensional data modeling, data dictionary; full lifecycle design and application development knowledge. Experience with Data Migration Testing, ETL and/or Data Warehouse, Testing experience with Windows. Knowledge of business intelligence, data validation experience of large datasets, data mining or statistics, using statistical tools like Microsoft Excel, SAS, SPSS and others are added advantage Requirements: Good knowledge of Quality Assurance methodologies. Must have exceptional problem solving skills and time management skills. Experience executing SQL queries in data warehouses. Good Knowledge of Data warehouse concepts.
