At least 3 years' experience in SAP SCM Event Management, completing at least 3 full lifecycle SAP APO implementations involving Event Management with Transportation and/or Sales Orders . The ability to troubleshoot design issues and engage SAP OSS as required obtaining resolution. . Ability to travel up to 100% Experience in the Event Management of SCM: . Transportation visibility scenarios within Event Management expertise . Sales order scenarios within EM expertise especially with change order processing . Work Flow integration within EM . Portal integration using Work Flow . Integration with external systems / applications . Understanding of Planning Area and Key Figure Configuration . EM Alerts Responsibilities: . Develop and update business process and validation documentation required to support requirements definition, configuration, test plan creation, test execution (unit, Integration, User Acceptance Testing), work instructions and end user training. . Support the design and development of enhancements, reports, forms, interfaces and master data conversions including specifications, testing and error resolution. . Determine the impact of changes to configuration both within the defined area of responsibility as well as across other functional areas. . Provide proactive and timely response to all design and production challenges. . Actively manage the support and involvement of power users and business owners. . Train power users and end users on system functionality.
