Job Tittle : *Citrix Admin* Location: Westborough, MA Duration: 3-6 Months Contract Rate: Open *Required Skills:* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent field preferred. Minimum 10 years experience supporting large corporate Citrix environments. Experience in leading multiple large scale projects related to Citrix Environments and providing presentation solutions. Project design, leadership and management is a key function. Knowledge of industry best practices related to application presentation and server administration is critical. A background in PCI and SOX reporting is preferred. Excellent people skills, enjoy dealing with people at all levels of the organization, be customer service focused and thrive in a fast paced environment. Strong documentation and process development skills are a must. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Experience working within large and complex technical environments. Exceptional customer support skills. Build, manage, and troubleshoot multiple large CPS4.5/CXENAPP5 farms. Familiar with multi zone multi location server farms. Develop and maintain Citrix-related standards, policies and procedures. Ability to automate management and distribution processes. Install, configure, and manage Citrix Access Gateway appliances, Citrix Advance Access Control and Citrix NetScalers. Extensive knowledge with Microsoft infrastructure technologies including: DHCP, DNS, WINS, Active Directory, Group Policy Objects. Familiarity with operating system and application deployments using Altiris and other deployment solutions. Provide tactical troubleshooting of systems and interdependent functions such as scripts and profile management. Mentor onshore and offshore support. Lead and coordinate small to medium scale projects. Tune and configure the OS kernel and networking parameters. Provide ongoing operation/support of enterprise-wide applications, policies, and technology in the server, client environment. Configure, deploy, and maintain infrastructure; interface with vendors as needed. Monitor systems performance and capacity and advise higher level technicians/supervisor of system status. Participate in planning and execution of new systems implementation/deployment. Assist in the installation, customization and maintenance of new systems or software. * Thanks & Regards....?
