The candidate will be expected to provide the following: ****

client support and technical issue and problem resolution in the TIBCO
environment. ****

accurate and timely Incident and problem logging following ITIL processes
and using the BMC remedy tool. ****

demonstrate Understanding of IT Architecture and IT systems ****

Application Maintenance routines (Application Health Checks) ****

Business Analysis Tasks - Requirement Gathering etc. ****

General understanding of Energy Generation Processes. ****

Mentoring and acting as liaison between Dallas office support team and
Bangalore team. ****

50% The position will be required to work with TIBCO software. Work on
applying patches and fixes in lower and production environments, monitoring
and maintaining application interfaces etc. ****

40% Communicate with clients, team members, the software vendor and other
IT groups on reported issues, changes requested by the clients or review
impact to our systems from other system changes. ****

10% Work with the development team on changes, testing requirements,
documentation and review results. ****

*** Specialized/Practical Knowledge:****

The applicant for this position must be seasoned in written and verbal
communication skills.****

This includes the ability to communicate technical requirements and changes
to non-technical clients in a way that they can understand. ****

Experience in the following technologies is a must: ****

EAI, TIBCO Business Works, TIBCO Administrator, TIBCO EMS, TIBCO Hawk, SOAP
and XML. ****

Experience in the following technologies and processes is a plus: EDIFECS,
EDI, SDLC, and ITIL ****

*** Management Skill: This position requires managing multiple issues with
offshore resources, project teams, clients in a multi-vendor IT support
environment. Interaction, scheduling and the ability to ensure end results
are met within requested time frames will be expected. ****

*** Interaction: This position requires direct contact with the end users,
IT staff and internal team members. Remote contact to offshore team members
and Infrastructrure Management, DBA and Help Desk is also required. ****
