*Job Title: PeopleSoft Functional Analyst* *Location: Atlanta, GA (Locals preferred)* *Duration : 4 Months* *Interview : Phone and F2F* *Rate : $70/hr on C2C* *Required Skills:* 3 to 5 + years of experience in performing IT Business Analyst activities including client interviewing, requirements gathering (1-on-1 and leading large workshops), solution review, process improvement, and training. 3 years of PeopleSoft Benefits Administration experience and 2+ years of Open Enrollment experience. Excellent written and oral communication skills Functional design ability including screen flows/mockups, data validation (soft technical design to include modeling of underlying data structures). Strong ability to interface DIRECTLY with developers and hardware/systems engineers Comfort in gathering requirements for software-based projects, and business process improvements. Experience creating and running Use Cases/Test Cases Strong Documentation skills (especially within IT Infrastructure) *Preferred Skills:* Strong technical writing/documentation preferred *Job Title: PeopleSoft Developer (HCM, HR, Oracle) * *Location: Duluth, GA* *Duration : 12+ Months* *Rate : $70/hr on C2C* *Required Skills:* *10+ years PeopleTools experience including Application designer, Application Engine, Component Interface,Workflow.* 10+ years of PeopleSoft development 7+ years experience with Oracle or another relational database 7+ years SQL and SQR experience. 7+ years knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM data and data model. Experience with PeopleSoft eComp module a plus. Integration Broker would be a plus. Experience reviewing new versions of PeopleSoft and recommending how to use new functionality to solve complex business problems. Experience planning or designing data conversions or re-populating of operational databases. Experience working with external vendors and teams on integration of PeopleSoft with 3rd party applications. Ability to Research existing software components and technology, explore design and infrastructure options, and recommend solutions based on customer requirements. Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical requirements. Proven ability to design, code and unit test highly complex projects. Proven ability to identify developmental or design risks and action plans Ability to act as consultant on complex problems.
