*Oracle Developer * *Location : Washington, DC * *Duration: 6+ Months* *Requires a F2F interview so candidates must be local to the area.* -The client is responsible for all operations, accounting and system duties that support the asset management, banking and debt management, capital markets, cash management and foreign exchange operations of the units in Treasury. Sophisticated business systems are used in support of these functions. - The client handles the support of financial applications in the areas of securities processing, risk measurement, analytics, banking and payments, financial accounting and reporting. *REQUIRED SKILLS:* -Proficiency in Oracle tools and technologies - Oracle 10g, Oracle Forms, SQL and PL/SQL, PL/SQL Standard Packages -Proficiency in Oracle reporting tools Crystal Reports and Business Objects Enterprise server. -Ability to interact with clients and provide quality production support. -Oracle Security, specifically as it pertains to web-based applications -Familiarity with financial accounting systems -Proven conceptual, analytical and judgmental skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills -Proven and demonstrated experience in full system development life cycle Analysis, Design, Programming, Testing, Implementation , and Maintenance -Bachelors degree, with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in building financial systems using current technologies. -Sound understanding of, and implementation experience with financial data warehouses and fixed income performance measurement systems -Experience and knowledge of systems design, development and maintenance of complex financial information systems. -Ability and willingness to propose creative and optimal solutions. -This position requires flexibility, creativity and initiative. -Candidates should be self-starters who enjoy working with an international team of people. -Candidates must be able to multi-task their workload assignments. -Candidates must be fluent in spoken and written English, have strong writing and communication skills, and be team players. -- *Thanks,* *Naresh Kumar .
