Should be proficient in SQL, Database Structure, modeling and data mapping . Base SAS experience required; familiar with SAS procedures, functions and data formatting. . Very familiar in using MS SQL databases, and flat file data sources . Experience in ETL and can work closely with Technical and Business Analysts defining data mapping documents . Competency in data manipulation and analysis, accessing raw data in varied formats, and analyzing and processing data . Strong blend of technical and business problem solving with heavy focus on quality, accuracy and business user interaction. . Logs, tracks, and verifies resolution of software and specification defects. . QA and Testing experience a BIG plus. . Experience with Data Migration projects . 2+ years writing SQL validation scripts . Experience with Agile or Iterative methodology . Ability to work in an unstructured environment . Comfortable working with minimal direction . Self motivated and comfortable working with a team or independently . Strong communication skills .
