Hello, Kindly check out the below requirement and let me know if you are comfortable with the same. *Position: Organizational Change Manager * *Location: Cambridge, MA duration: 6+ month * *Must have pharma and manufacturing preferably product labels/drug safety* As a Change Management Specialist, you will be part of an Organizational Change Management team within IT responsible for managing the overall success of end user readiness for a Professional Services Optimization program. You will help implement our change methodology, training development and deployment and play a key role in driving successful adoption for this project. *Must have *General knowledge of pharma/ regulatory affairs Experience with Liquent Insight manager or another registration management system is helpful Understanding of product manufacturing or label changes and its impact to Regulatory Processes *Principal Duties and Responsibilities:* Support the project in all aspects of business readiness / change management including supporting training, communications and process change efforts Drive and support training efforts including the design, development, delivery and management of training collateral.
