Client is creating a payment gateway UI over the clearing house. All credit card transactions are in the clearing house. They have to create this service layer to interact with the trust commerce clearing house. This will all be done using C#. This is a member facing gateway that talks to the clearing houses (banks). A payment gateway is an e-commerce application service provider service that authorizes credit card payments for e-businesses, online retailers, bricks and clicks, or traditional brick and mortar. It is the equivalent of a physical point of sale terminal located in most retail outlets.
