Experience engaging multiple business entities to establish business rules and governance policies required to implement a de-centralized approach to Web content management. Must have current skills in analysis methodologies required to review, analyze and evaluate and document business systems and user needs. Ability to formulate plan to implement new Web technologies. Plans and facilitates the training of multiple user groups on content management. Experience using Case Complete or other requirements management tool experience is a plus. Requires a high degree of creativity and ability to research and solve problems associated with new technologies.
