Service delivery manager of service requests and deployment activities for integration development and support. Activities will include the coordination of client requirements, deliverables for development, deployment, risk assessment and issue remediation. The candidate will be accountable for the customers delivery of the middleware platform including milestone progress and risk mitigation. Candidate should be able to lead both virtual teams and direct reports. Possess strong negotiation and mediation skills in dealing with a variety of areas across a company. Have proven experience implementing new processes and methodologies for better project management procedures. Candidate will go through series of interviews to validate experience and expertise, this is a tremendous growth opportunity. Key Responsibilities Entire delivery process, including not only development but also quality, resource management, SLA monitoring, project management, reporting and risk mitigation Competencies · Leadership skills · Demonstrated resource allocation and optimization · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Customer facing skills in different environments around the globe · Demonstrated Team and Project management skills · Technical strengths in JCAPS development and Support · Manage with SLAs and accountability Technical strengths · Minimum 5 yrs experience in Java CAPS 5.1.3(e*gate Integrator, eInsight) and e*Gate SRE or e*Gate 4.5.3 · 5-6 years of Java / J2EE Development and OO design and documentation · Provide feedback and input to current JCAPS framework and architecture · Develop Message Metrics such as message success, trends, volumes etc. · Provide expert counsel to our team on projects · Experience in systems analysis, design, development, unit and integration testing, project plans, scheduling, resource allocation · Minimum work experience and awareness on ICAN 505 · Expert knowledge in working with web services and should be able to mentor the team · Good knowledge any one of the Project management tools like MS Project · Good knowledge in working with Windows environments( windows 2003) and knowledge in windows scripting is an advantage · Good knowledge in databases, SQL, PL/SQL , functions and stored procedures -- Many Thanks.
