Location: Southfield, MI Duration: 7+ Months Rate: $48-50/hr Primary Skills: Oracle 10G, SQL and PLSQL, Online Transaction Processing, ORM – Object Relational Mapping NEED LOCALS OR WHO CAN GO FOR FACE TO FACE AT OWN COST Description: Working independently within guidelines, leads the design and implementation of complex logical data models and practices for data capture, data dictionary design and overall data integrity. Has experience in OLTP (Online Transaction Processing) and data warehouse modeling. Directs quality control and auditing to ensure accurate and appropriate use of data. Works with other subject matter experts to develop data storage strategies to support company needs. Enforces data definition standards, architectures and policies. Administers and manages data definitions within data repository. Designs and provides support of data repository. Designs and provides support of data modeling for client server or web systems development. Maintains data dictionaries and resolves problems. Extensive creativity required across areas of expertise. A high proficiency level in specific job related skills is required. Use of Informatica is highly preferred. Minimum 5 years related experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree in related field required. TECHNICAL SKILLS: • Strong Oracle 10G required • Strong SQL and PLSQL required • Strong understanding of Web languages (ORM – Object Relational Mapping) required • Experience of knowledge of BPM (Business Process Modeling) preferred ROLE DEFINITION: This individual is responsible to ensure project deliverables are completed according to the project timeline and adhere to the respective IT organization’s Quality Review process. It is very important that this individual is highly self motivated, very fast in learning new technologies and very good at problem solving. The individual must be very detail oriented and assume an “own it” type of attitude. Governance: • Provides day-to-day technical leadership of the project or component build including deliverable development and technical issue resolution. Project Management: • Supports the delivery lead and primary technical specialist / lead in identifying detailed tasks and effort estimates for the work plan. • Monitors and reviews the respective IT team deliverables / tasks and timeframes. Resource Management: • Identifies the types of skills needed and the level of expertise for resources. Risk and Issue Management: • Identify and communicate technical issues. • Resolve and escalate technical issues. Delivery: •Provides technical direction and support for the project team. • Ensures the project and deliverables are built to the approved design. • Assists in the preparation and conducting of technical review meetings and activities. • Reviews and approves the high-level design documentation for the project. • Ensures project team members follow the QR processes, policies, procedures, and standards established by Our Client. • Responsible for maintaining the integrity and quality of the changes made by the project team/vendor. • Coordinates testing in conjunction with the test lead.
