Loc-NJ Duration-6+ to 1 year Rate:$60/hr on C2C. rate is flexible for top notch candidates* *This is a Direct client requirement** * Technical Manager (Healthcare)* *Skills:* · Having deep domain knowledge in US healthcare especially in revenue cycle · Minimum 6 years of analyzing business processes and offering IT solutions · Proficient in capturing business requirements, test plans, create test scenarios · Co-ordinate with developers and test the deliverables according to specific business requirements · Excellent analytical and problem solving skills including SQL, excel · Preferably worked with US healthcare providers or payers · Preferable to have some programming back ground v Who We Need: Ø The business Analyst position will be responsible for gathering business requirements, converting them to technical specifications, providing guidance to development team and finally taking ownership of the application testing till it goes to production along with providing support post production Ø A deep domain knowledge of working with healthcare business ( specially in revenue cycle management area) Ø Experiences in analyzing issues and investigate root cause Ø Experience with data files as well as using SQL / Oracle for any deep digging Ø Previous success on projects involving packaged software implementations, conversions, upgrades Ø Excellent interpersonal, team and client communication skills. This position will work closely with our professional services group to define client requirements, other developers and support staff to build solutions, and the clients to address and resolve errors. Ø Ability to manage or work with off-shore programmers in a matrix and collaborative environment Ø Strong at knowledge transfer, with a sense of teamwork and transparency Ø Excellent oral, written and documentation skills. This position will be responsible for authoring requirement specifications documents, and directing the creation of build notes and test plans.
