*Title: Sr. QA Tester.* *Location: Lincolnshire, IL* *Client rate $60/hr. * *contract role for 6 months.* · Finance QA Resource Technical with 6-8 Years of testing experience, good EBS Finance experience specifically HR, Indirect Procurement and iExpense module. · Working experience in various Quality tool, Quality Controller (Process, methodology and best practices used), Agile practice, Testing experience with Oracle products (Fusion, R12 3) · Should be able to analyze requirements, prepare test plan and test cases, prepare test scripts, execute test cases, generate and distribute test result dashboard · Track and prepare the report of testing activities like testing results, test case coverage, required resources, defects discovered and their status, performance baselines etc. · Review various reports prepared by Test engineers. · Ensure the timely delivery of different testing milestones · Prepares updates the metrics dashboard at the end of a phase · Should be able to attend the regular client call and discuss the status with stakeholders independently Behavioral · Capability to work with highly customized and sensitive environments · Capability to prioritize and work on multiple issues and an ability to communicate with business and technical stakeholders Soft Skills · Should be a self-starter and a proactive person. · Good individual contributor as well as a team player with ability to build strong partner confidence · Excellent verbal and written communication & interpersonal skills as the position demands regular interactions across level with technical and functional bodies. · Should have the ability to think analytically, offer ideas & recommendations as required · Capability to work independently in an environment with little or no documentation · Good communication skills and capability to interact with onsite business folks · Experience of working at onsite and offshore · Ability to map and document business process from start to finish with little or no support and documentation · Capability to prioritize and work and an ability to communicate with business, SMEs and technical stakeholders.
