Required Skills: - 3+ years of software testing experience on client & web-based applications. - MUST BE ABLE TO WRITE AND RUN QTP AND LOADRUNNER TEST SCRIPTS - 3+ years testing/project coordination experience. - Strong written communication & verbal communication skills in preparing release notices & end-user documentation to both technical & non-technical staff. - Experience with SCRUM and Agile development. - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Visio, Excel, Powerpoint. - Experience in the various Internet Explorer & Windows Operating Systems versions. - Flexibility with working hours to accommodate offshore time zones, evening production deployments, and weekend system updates. - Title industry knowledge is a plus. - Will be asked to provide writing samples of their QA work, such as release notes, email communications, testing notifications, coordination notes between offshore team, test plans, templates used, etc. to demonstrate their writing and communication capabilities as it relates to their QA duties. Education: Generally requires Bachelor's Degree in an IT or business field or equivalent work experience Carries out and develops procedures to ensure that all information systems, products, and services meet organization standards and end-user requirements in an applications development environment. Evaluates and tests new or modified software programs and software development procedures to ensure that programs developed throughout the company function according to user requirements and conform to established guidelines.
