Requires experience of WMS and how to integrate it to Oracle EBS to satisfy requirements of the technical solution design. *Consultant will Replace and reengineer the processes and functionality inherent to the existing OUTBOUND WMS application. Support Key Operational Processes Impacted by WMS.* *Requirements:*** 1. Must have 3-5+yrs of functional requirements gathering and configuration experience including experience relating to *Oracle WMS*: (2 or more) Oracle WMS implementation focused on the outbound side *a. **Possess expert knowledge of the specific module and interrelationship with other modules, from both the business use and the technical perspectives* b. Leading the design meetings and process design c. Setup within Oracle OM, Shipping and WMS, d. Conduct CRP (Conference Room Pilot), e. Get business sign off on TO-BE state, f. Implementation of TO BE state g. Documentation of a major outbound feature within the scope of a WMS Implementation project. h. Work closely with development on custom objects, test and get sign off from business [RICEFW] i. Strong knowledge of WMS APIs to design Outbound interfaces 2. Experience implementing Oracle 11.5.10 WMS in multiple warehouse locations 3. Clear understanding of major WMS functionality of Outbound Logistics including: *a. **LPN based shipment, Quick Ship, LPN Ship, Direct Shipping & Delivery based shipping* *b. **Possible customization hooks in outbound logistics* *c. **Dock Scheduling * *d. **Task Management* *e. **Rules* *f. **Strategies, Label Printing* 4. Consultant should be experience working with offshore development teams (global delivery mode 5. Ability to mentor staff along the way to ensure optimal post go-live support. 6. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be strong and effective communicator 7.
