PeopleSoft Technical Developer - HR/FIN
Location: NY
Duration: 6 Months+

Job Description
PeopleSoft Technical Developer to support multiple modules of PeopleSoft HCM 
and Financials version 9.2.  The successful candidate will have excellent 
command of PeopleSoft development tools including PeopleCode, Application 
Engine, Application Package, Integration Broker, and BI Publisher.  Strong 
leadership skills are required;
Candidate will work on production support working on customizations, building 
reports and interfaces, working functional team on providing well-thought out 
and customer advantage solutions, creating and building technical 
documentation, such as, technical designs, assist the functional group in 
creating the functional design documents, team meeting agenda/notes, tracking 
work product tasks, milestones, statutes, and outcomes.
Candidate will demonstrate a thorough knowledge of key critical integration 
touch-points between both HCM modules and the other PS Applications
Candidate will work with IIE team on the design, customization, reports, 
interfaces of the HCM/FSCM applications.
Candidate will work with many programming tools such as; PeopleTools, 
PeopleCode, Integration Broker, Component Interface, SQR, SQL, PS Query, 
Application Engine, XML Publisher, BPEL, and other programming tools.
Candidate will assist the production support team on functional testing, unit 
testing, system testing and end user acceptance testing.
Candidate will be responsible for ensuring all work products following industry 
standards for management acceptance.
Candidate will be a mentor to all team members / conduct team building 
initiatives / strive to maintain morale and ensure employee 
satisfaction/retention.
Candidate will possess a good command over written English.
Candidate will possess strong leadership skills, effective time management, and 
ability to handle multiple tasks/assignments.
Quick study of the subject area with a high knowledge retention capability as 
and when required
Candidate will adhere to corporate timelines and guidelines including time 
reporting and expense reporting and ensuring that staff adhere to the same 
timelines/guidelines
Develop a keen understanding of architecture, infrastructure, security, change 
controls, and integrations for IIE systems
Act as a liaison between Business Analysts and functional team members to 
coordinate activities with Managed Services
Communicate technical activities, requirements, and issues with functional 
leads, business analysts, and IS leadership

Excellent verbal skills, including conducting/leading team meetings, conduct 
presentations;
