*Position/Designation: Business Intelligence Manager* *6+Months to long term* *Location: Houston, TX* *Only Citizens.* *The Business Intelligence Manager will provide reporting and analysis to our Restaurants and Support Center. This person will lead a collaborative team that will design enterprise data analysis systems. This person will be able to reliably and accurately analyze and report using industry best practices. * * * *The team will also work with other departments to identify key data points and analytics needed to improve their overall decision making criteria. This person must have a passion for producing high-quality deliverables in a timely manner. This person should have a passion for data integrity and the ability to generate excitement within the team and outwardly to the customers. The Business Intelligence Manager will inspire the consumers of the data to build a better business.* * * *The environment will be fast paced (Agile or Agile-like) environment, following a structured build and publishing process. This person will provide quality information enabling the company to make more informed and better scoped decisions. This role will also help the company relate the effects of decisions to their causes via hard data.* * * * * *The ideal candidate should have the following experience:* * * ** Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field* ** 4+ years of experience in BI* ** Experience in architecting data warehouses and performing data-mining* ** Knowledge of relational database concepts (queries, performance, etc)* ** Knowledge of ETL concepts using SQL Server (SSIS, etc).
