REQUIREMENTS: 3+ years with BMC Remedy development and administration. 3+ years working in ITSM configuration and development 2+ years with CMDB implementation and configuration 6+ years of progressive IT experience. Experience with ADDM would be preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills Must be able to work effectively in a team environment Remedy administrator for AR Server, ITSM components and CMDB Perform tool administration for Remedy 7.5, ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, Service Request Management, Knowledge Management) and CMDB activities like: Platform Support for ARS Dev, Test and Prod environments, Maintain and troubleshoot system issues Coordinate with module owners and vendor to install ARS and ITSM components, Apply product fixes, patches and configuration changes to support the business process, Provide subject matter expertise for solution design and LOE analysis Perform configurations and code changes to support the process automations and Create reports from ITSM and CMDB.
