Interacts with internal and external personnel. • Receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments. • Minimum of 5 years of related experience in hardware (PC, printer, PDA) and software knowledge and/or customer service in a technology field. • Vendor-related certification(s) and/or A+ certification desired. Interaction: - This individual must have above average interpersonal skills working in a team environment working closely with Co-workers, Customers, and Management. There will be vendor contact as well. Customer Service level is high and you will be required to interact on a regular basis. Complexity/Problem Solving:- Individual must possess the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
