Description They are specifically looking for a BA who has experience in HEALTH insurance claims delegation and pricing integration. Not just any BA for this role, they must have this very specific experience. They do not need to have a very technical background. Needs to have experience with a Health Insurance Claims Delegate, performing business analysis for specialty pricing integration. Horizon is currently performing these process and system integrations for services that include: Radiology, Pain Management, Chiropractic Services, and High Cost Injectibles. Needs to have system experience, business process experience, and general knowledge of provider services relative to claims processing, and clinical matters. Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs . Documents algorithms, identifies logical system architecture, specifies system interfaces, documents operational requirements, develops test plans . Oversees acceptance testing, develops user guides, provides user training, and supports the user in development of work processes. Works under the direction of a team leader or project manager.
