We are currently working with one of our customer based out at *Fort Worth, TX *for identifying an *Enterprise Architect. *Please go through the following description and let us know your thoughts. *Position : ITSM Enterprise Architect/ITSM Solution Architect* *Location : Fort Worth, TX* *Duration : 6 Months with extension* *Responsibilities:* · Align Business and Technology Strategies · Strategic responsibility for *GS* *ITSM/ITOM/Automation systems*. · Optimize information assets by understanding business need and technology capability · Promote efficiency of people, process, and technology through reuse and alignment · Ensure that projects do not duplicate capabilities or diverge from each other, business, and IT strategies. · Work with *solutions architect(s)* to provide a consensus based enterprise solution that is scalable, adaptable and in synchronization with ever changing business needs. · Risk Management of information and IT assets through appropriate standards and security policies. · Direct or indirect involvement in the development of policies, standards and guidelines that direct the selection, development, implementation and use of Information Technology within the enterprise. · Build employee knowledge and skills in specific areas of expertise. *Skills Required:* · Hands-on experience in ITSM/ITOM tool administration and support. · Knowledge of a variety of technology platforms in a distributed environment: Microsoft systems (Windows 2008 Server, Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint), Linux/Unix, VMWare, SQL Server, database architectures, TCP/IP, VPNs, Mainframe, LAN/WAN technologies and architectures. · Experience installing, integrating, managing and maintaining HP RUM, BPM, SHR, BSM, uCMDB, Discovery, Service Manager/Service Desk. · Very good understanding of networking and architectural frameworks and methodologies; a working knowledge of design and implementation of systems software as well as the internals of the system.
