SQL Server Developer Location: CHICAGO, IL Duration: 6+ months *Candidates local to the CHICAGO, IL ONLY*
Requirements: ·Minimum 5 years of SQL Server T-SQL development, with extensive knowledge of SQL Server 2008, Common Table Expressions, Windowing Functions, integrated Full-Text Search, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), and SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS). ·Experience architecting and implementing database schemas as well as working with large databases in a clustered SQL Server environment ·Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) or other ETL tools. ·Knowledge of Table Partitioning, Replication (including Peer-to-Peer), Log Shipping, SQL Server 2008 Dynamic Management Views, Service Broker ·Experience in any of the following a plus: SSAS and/or data warehousing, MySQL, C#, XML/XSL, Java. ·The ideal candidate should have experience in developing and maintaining large enterprise databases, have exceptional command of SQL Server 2008 T-SQL, be proficient at query and index tuning, and be willing to expand their knowledge and practical use of tips and techniques to ensure performance, scalability, high availability, quality, and accessibility of our database systems and data.
