**CTH after 6 Mts** Position :* Sr. QA Analyst / Lead* Location :* Fort Worth, TX* Type :* 6 Months Contract - Hire* Rate :* 45/hr on C2C* *Qualifications:* · *7-9+ years of professional test development and automation experience with some experience in Oracle Forms, * · *Broad knowledge of QA software and test automation products, ideally with Selenium, HP ALM, or JIRA products.* · *Past experience using open-source tools like Jenkins or GitLabs in QA* · Prior knowledge of Healthcare claim data and its content. · Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Ability to work autonomously or with team members and be able to test, document, and track issues. · Must be resourceful, with strong problem solving skills and ability to learn quickly on the job. *KEY RESPONSIBILITIES* *Responsibilities include but are not limited to:* · Solid understanding of Agile software Quality Assurance and processes. · Participating in the planning, development, and testing of key product features as a member of the Agile team. · Work with Product Owners and Business Analysts to define acceptance criteria. · Collaborate with Business Analysts and Developers to understand the scope and requirements implied by acceptance criteria. · Assuring all code is clean and any new client or partner processes are tested directly with the client or partner. · Build automated test processes to validate story acceptance criteria. · Maintenance on existing testing processes developed with our client and partners. · Perform manual testing to complement automated processes. · Develop and maintain test plans and scripts · Document QA practices in Agile methodology · Report, prioritize, track, and remediate any bugs found in the testing process *GENERAL DESCRIPTION* We are looking for experienced Quality Assurance Engineers for our project in Fort Worth, TX. The engineers need to have solid testing experience with some experience testing Oracle Forms applications. The environment also includes .Net, Java, and Delphi. The role will be to test that the stories and code produced by development teams meet customer ready standards. You would be joining an Agile team and must have experience meeting aggressive development schedules, using manual techniques as well as automation. Selenium is the current framework with ALM software, but they are implementing Zephyr from JIRA, so prior experience with these products is desirable.
