Overarching broad and deep technical experience with Active Directory. Used and has working knowledge of ADMT, or Dell / Quest migration toolsets. Has lead large scale cross forest Active Directory Migrations. Advanced PowerShell scripting experience and capabilities. Strong working knowledge of DNS and Windows 2012R2/2008R2 operating systems platforms. Extensive and deep knowledge of Group Policy Objects (GPO’s), engineering, implementing and 3rd party management solutions thereof. Support local teams in migration of users and computers. Guide and support in-earnest migration efforts. Support cutover and decommissioning of legacy environment. Report on current state, issues, and future activities. Some travel may be required *Minimum Requirements*: Must have prior work experience within a large environment (1,000+users) Typically 7-10 years of IT experience specifically Windows Server (2003/2008 & 2012) support experience Experience in VM Ware ESX 5x and above Strong understanding and knowledge of Windows Active Directory and Group Policy -management Understanding of inter relationship of systems with network routing protocols Knowledge of server system utilities and administration routines Experience with server administration tools Experience working within complex technical environments Ability to cross-train other technical staff.
