*Sr. IT Production Support Specialist *

Production support to around 20 applications, which are COTS products.
-
Will work with UNIX, Windows and Oracle.
-
Will also work with COTS applications such as: Case Manager 360 from
Open Text , SOX-XL by CIMCON, Project and Portfolio Management by HP, and
Worksite Interwoven by HP.
-
Will provide support for medium complexity applications.
-
May create and develop software solutions to application errors
reported.
-
Escalates unresolved issues to proper personnel.
-
Provides senior-level end-user support, which may include: providing
systems administration assistance, coordinating stakeholder discussions,
updating user documentation or conducting training.
*Skills/Experience: *
-
5-7+ years experience in IT support role
-
Strong IT background and experience in applications issue resolution
-
Strong experience in Oracle, Unix and Windows.
-
Experience supporting web based applications.
-
Good written and oral communication skills.
-
Ability to work with the vendors, business users and internal teams in
resolving issues.
*Preferred Skills/Experience: *
-
Experience with AutoSys, scripts and BOXI reports.
*Education: *
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics,
Engineering or related field
