The Software Developer is a member of the product development team and is responsible for designing and developing software on the nMarket Ontario team as well as the Custom Development team. Typical tasks required of a Software Developer include: creating technical designs, developing software, writing unit tests, troubleshooting issues and assisting other developers on the team. The Software Developer is expected to have strong technical skills in at least one programming language as well as the ability to become an expert in the product. The Software Developer reports to the product Development Manager. Education and/or Experience – List the minimum level of education and/or experience required to perform the duties and responsibilities of this job.
