Technical/Functional Skills * Strong experience in Healthcare Claims domain. * Exposure to Web services, SOA architecture. * Strong experience in a system analyst role - transforming business requirements to functional requirements, interaction with all stakeholders of the project. * In depth understanding of integration concepts. * Experience with XML, Mainframe, Web Services Technology and SOA. Roles and Responsibilities: * Work with Business, Architects and Technical teams to understand technical and business needs. * Develop functional requirements. * Work with QA Teams to fix code level defects. * Work with design & development teams during the construction phase. * Provide production support. * Work across multiple projects, allocate time appropriately as needed and meet project deadlines. Generic Managerial/Soft Skills: * Excellent problem solving, analytical and organizational skills. * Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all management levels. * Leads others toward technical accomplishments and collaborative project team efforts. * Strong written communications, including technical writing. * Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
