*Role : SCM Architect*

*Summary:* Supply Chain Lead working within a full SAP integration team
implementing all of SAP ERP/EAM/HCM-SF.
*Preferable:* Electric Utility Business.
*Required:*
· Demonstrated leadership and communication skills;
· Minimum 10 years / 4 full implementation life cycles leading the
Supply Chain team with proven track record of successful SAP ERP
implementation experience.
*Leadership:*
· Hands-on lead, skilled in full SAP Procure to Pay / Supply Chain
processes with configuration/documentation.
· Works well in large integrated team environment.
· Results oriented with proven track record.
· Responsible for managing both functional and technical team
members whether onsite, offsite or offshore- delivering the assigned scope
from design to deploy.
*Functional Expertise:*
· Deep process knowledge: Planning, Procurement, Vendors, Catalogs,
MRP and its integration with PM, SM, PS, SD and CR&B.
· This includes complete Procurement; Inventory Management;
· Materials Management; and at least a working knowledge of one,
preferably more, of the below areas:
Warehouse Management (WM), Quality Management (QM), Environmental
Health and Safety Management (EHSM) – Incident Management; Plant
Maintenance (Fleet).
· Ariba experience preferred.
*Technical Expertise:*
· SAP Implementation and Utility Industry Expertise preferred (For
Supply Chain, Utilities’ Experience is not as important as in EAM or
Finance)
· Demonstrates a strong configuration background delivering SAP
Supply Chain implementations, preferably in the utility industry.
· Demonstrates skills and experience in working with clients to
solve problems, provide business logic in support of decisions and
recommendations, facilitate meetings and consensus building sessions with
diverse groups of participants.
· Broad communication skills to staff and to executive management
with clear emphasis on listening.
*Documentation:*
Responsible for configuration and documentation (overseeing others on the
team) with methodology content, including: Business Process Design
documents / Process Flows (Visio Diagrams) / Functional Specifications for
Custom Objects / Unit Test Cases and Associated Scripts / Data Migration
Maps / Training Content / Business Process Procedures / and other standard
project tools and deliverables.
