Manage integration requirements of Amdocs CES 9.3 with Comcast OSS/BSS platform. The AMDOCS CES will initiate transactions which will be needed to store transactions data for numerous transactions/operational requirements instruments, Experience in Cable or Telecom domain industry is a huge plusStrong experience in writing SQl queriesStrong experience in data analysisStrong experience in working Agile projects with scrumStrong experience in story telling using data visualization tools e.g. TableauStrong MS office , presentation and communication skillsAbility to stretch and work in weekends if needed Key Responsibilities: • Conceptualize and develop new system functionality. • Liaise with developer to define and manage functional and technical requirements leading to well-documented design specification. • Coordinate activities with technical team and testing team. • Create requirement specifications and end-user documentation across all OSS/BSS systems includes data warehouse and mediation • Work on multiple teams such as OSS/BSS, Rating and Data Warehouse teams . • Conceptualize and develop new system functionality for AMDOCS CES next generation products. • Effectively implement requirement road maps. • Liaise with Solutions/Platform and Enterprise Architects to define and manage functional and technical requirements leading to well-documented design specifications. • Coordinate activities with key functional teams: IT, Technology Development, Revenue Assurance, Revenue Reporting, Client Operations and Business Intelligence. • Facilitate clear communication of new and existing system functionality changes to all stakeholders. • Perform impact analysis and provide ""level of effort"" assessments for upcoming projects, change requests or support requests. • Create detailed design specifications, test plans and end-user documentation. • Ability to Implement audit system to capture and report data and functionality issues.
