Details:
Managing multiple sales learning projects, this individual is responsible for
the following tasks.
1. Lead members of Sales learning team to successfully meet project goals and
deadlines.
2. Prepare (and keep current) sales learning project plans for a range of sales
learning projects -- instructor-led, distance, blended, etc., based on
documented Learning Brief. Project plans must span life of project (including
delivery, assessment, and reporting results).
3. Manage large-scale, complicated projects that can involve delivery outside
the USA and in other languages.
4. Lead weekly project status calls with sales learning team and clients,
documenting, troubleshooting, and overcoming obstacles and roadblocks.
5. Interact successfully with other departments (client, subject-matter expert,
marketing, etc.) to achieve shared goals.
6. Document and troubleshot issues within and across teams, communicating
resolutions to team members.
7. Provide clear, succinct status reports to teams and management.Behavior

issues/resolve problems, thrives in fast-paced sales environment, works well
