*Must have: *



   - PeopleTools knowledge – Component and page design, PeopleCode,
   Integration Broker and messaging, Workflow
   - Functional PeopleSoft knowledge – ESS, MSS, WorkCenters, Dashboards,
   Job Data
   - Process design – Taking business requirements and fitting them into
   delivered processes and being able to accurately describe where delivered
   functionality meets the business requirement, where delivered functionality
   changes a business process, and where delivered functionality doesn’t meet
   the requirement and the level of effort to provide a custom solution
   - Interview Process: Phone interviews.  Onsite is important, but would
   at least consider remote for the perfect fit.
   - Need extensive PeopleSoft experience as a developer with solid
   experience in Core HR and Manager Self-Service.
   - HCM experience in version 9.2 is a real plus.



*Important technical notes*:

Our PeopleSoft architecture is mainframe DB2, so any considered candidate
must a have a background in that area. We are looking for candidates who
have experience in the following areas:

• PeopleSoft 9.2 Approval Framework or AWE

• PeopleSoft 9.2 Manager Self Service apps, Manager Dashboard, Talent
Summary, Self Service transactions

• Object Oriented coding and PeopleCode App Packages

• PeopleSoft 9.2 Smart HR transactions

• Integration Broker and messaging in PeopleSoft

• Application Engine programs

• PeopleTools 8.53
